Antony Metcalfe is the manager of the Fairbridge programme in De Cymru, part of the Prince's Trust. From their centre in Cardiff, Fairbridge staff engage with young people between the ages of 13 and 25 from across South Wales who are deemed furthest away from education, employment and training. The Fairbridge programme helps young people to overcome the barriers in their lives and to move forward by addressing the barriers at the heart of their disengagement.
