Emergency response team training in Zimbabwe

October 19th, 2010 by Posted in English, Zimbabwe

Last week Oxfam Zimbabwe hosted a week long Emergency Response Training course, designed to ensure our country staff and partner organisations are well prepared to deal with humanitarian emergencies and natural disasters. The training included a simulation exercise in which participants learned how to set up water bladders and tanks in emergency situations, to ensure a supply of safe drinking water for the affected communities.
