Now I fully realize that funny cat videos are the ultimate internet cliche, but this one is different. Funny, clever, world-weary and (allegedly) French. And last week it was pronounced the best cat video ever at the Internet Cat Film Festival (yes there is one), held at what the Atlantic calls ‘the prestigious Walker Art Center’. Enjoy.
