		<description>It strikes me that these findings demonstrate the power of acting inside one&#039;s circle of influence, as a means to increasing one&#039;s influence.  But then, I tend to see development as holographic and as a leadership coach,  I&#039;m predisposed to see Stephen Covey&#039;s proactive model in action (or not)everywhere. 

Tell me, have you run across similar case studies or other evidence of what works for developing leadership in youth?</description>
