		<description>A former UK ambassador to Russia once asked a conferenceo n Russia whether it (Russia) wanted to be Norway or Nigeria thus demonstrating a certain lack of diplomatic spirit...! Personally I would be delighted if we were more like Norway, finally shedding all those post-imperial nervous ticks; and, focusing on delivery of services at home (rather than re-cycling endless initiatives) and doing good about the globe!</description>
