		<description>Hi Duncan, brilliant to see Oxfam publish IATI-compliant data - and I&#039;d love to see a blog about the process, challenges, how-to&#039;s, lessons learned, etc. NGOs are way behind on commitment and implementation of this, as far as I can see (seems the CSO development effectiveness became mostly about aid effectiveness and CS space by HLF4) - and INGOs, in particular, need the &#039;carrot&#039; of a good example such as Oxfam&#039;s, and the &#039;stick&#039; of a Size 14 in the rear to complement that... before another panic attack when donors impose IATI compliance anyway.</description>
