The world’s newest country, still recovering from the impact of Africa’s longest civil war, faces enormous challenges. But it also has enormous potential. Oxfam’s long-term development work in the country aims to support that potential – from small-scale farmers to aspiring female students, women entrepreneurs to new returnees.
